We are very excited to welcome Chef Cody Marwine to our team.Chef Cody brings a wonderful combination of new,exciting ideas and extensive, classic training to our rapidly expanding array of projects.

A recipient of the High Impact Leadership Scholarship, Chef Cody attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He performed his internship at the World Renown Jean Georges in New York. A 3 star Michelin rated restaurant of the highest caliber. Chef Cody studied under the tutelage of Executive Pastry Chef Johnny Iuzzini, who’s credits include James Beard Foundation Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year, and judge on the celebrated Top Chef Just Desserts series on Bravo TV.

We are very excited to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to the shop, and look forward to innovative new flavors, and ideas that will come from our new addition to The Perfect Truffle team! Make sure you stop in and say hello!
